This is a custom waterjet-cut logo
that we installed at
Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. The tile logo was
produced from
2" x 2" & 1" x 1" unglazed mosaic tile. Waterjet cutting
is a process where extremely high-pressure water is controlled by a computer
to create / cut the design. The entire recessed concrete was floated level,
by our crew, and then the tile was installed meeting level of the adjoining
concrete.
