Installation Satisfaction
Who's Responsible?
When you purchase floor covering, especially Ceramic or Stone Tile, Wood, or Laminate flooring - please keep this one premise in mind:
The installation must be performed correctly
or the product may fail!
That's why Carpet One Flooring Gallery performs its own installation by our tested and trusted group of installation professionals.
What happens when you buy material from one source and have it installed by another? Potential nightmares. Who takes responsibility? No one but You. Ever hear the old adage: Save a nickel, spend a dollar?
Here's a little scenario that happens all too often - at least in our area:
A customer buys ceramic tile from a so-called "wholesale/importer" (paid in full before it leaves the store). The customer hires a tile installer who works out of his van. The installer requires a deposit to start the installation. He (she) installs the tile and it looks awful: the joints don't line up, some tiles are higher than others, creating tripping hazards, and the grout is not evenly installed.
The customer complains - the tile setter never returns. Why should he? He'll never get the rest of his money even if he finishes - oh well, he'll just go on to the next customer - there are lots of bargain hunters in the marketplace...
And what does the customer do? They live with it, because you can't sue a shadow.
At Carpet One Flooring Gallery that just can't happen. We have too much at stake, too much to lose. Not just financially, but:
"I take my Customer's happiness personally - if they're not happy, then I've failed - and I hate to fail." -- Michael Henry, President.
